The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: washing and preparing a mixture including 18-15 weight ratio (%) of wild pears, 11-8 weight ratio (%) of balloon flowers, 60-50 weight ratio (%) of pears, 15-5 weight ratio (%) of sponge gourd, 3-0.5 weight ratio (%) of gingko, 2-0.1 weight ratio (%) of Salvia plebeia R. Brown (dried), 2-0.1 weight ratio (%) of Liriope rhizome (dried), 2.5-0.2 weight ratio (%) of ginger, 2.5-0.2 weight ratio (%) of jujubes, and 2-0.1 weight ratio (%) of apricot stones pouring water to the washed mixture, heating the same at 100°C for 4 hours, and pressing and extracting the same aging a pressed and aged liquid at room temperature for 48 hours sterilizing an aged wild pear extract at 100°C for 30 minutes filtering a sterilized liquid at room temperature by a filter sieve of 10-200 mesh and packing a sterilized extract in a vacuum state.
