The present invention relates to a photocatalyst filter used for sterilizing and washing various bacteria, organic substances, etc. by causing a catalytic reaction and a manufacturing method thereof and more specifically, to a photocatalyst filter applied to various fluorescent lamps for being used and the manufacturing method thereof.
