PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure oxygen supply apparatus and a seal member used for the high pressure oxygen supply apparatus attaining a comparatively simple structure for sealing between the opening of the container body and the lid body in a fluid-tight manner at low cost.SOLUTION: The opening of a container body 12 is closed with a lid body 24 while a seal member 64 is compressed and deformed between the edge part of the opening and the lid body 24, and a pressure control means 72 controls the inner pressure of the container body 12 to be higher than the atmospheric pressure, then the seal member 64 expands and deforms into the diameter direction outward due to the difference of the inner and outer pressure of the container body 12 to contact the seal receiving part directly and this causes to seal between the opening of container body 12 and the lid body 24 in a fluid-tight manner.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】容器本体の開口部分と蓋体との間を流体密に封止する構造が、比較的に簡単な構造で、且つ低コストに実現される高気圧酸素供給装置と、その高気圧酸素供給装置に用いられるシール部材を提供する。【解決手段】容器本体12の開口部分が蓋体24によって閉じられた状態で、シール部材64が開口部分の縁部と蓋体24との間に挟み込まれて圧縮変形し、また、加圧制御手段72が容器本体12の内圧が大気圧よりも高くなるように制御すると、シール部材64は、容器本体12の内部と外部との圧力差により径方向外方に拡開変形して、シール受け部に当接することにより、容器本体12の開口部分と蓋体24との間を流体密に封止する。【選択図】図7
