The present disclosure is related to a metallic mandibular prosthesis for patients who underwent subtotal hemimandibulectomy or mandibular resection said hemimandibulectomy consists in extirpating part of the jaw bone from one third of the condyle to the healthy joint or distal third this is located at the height of the chin. This prosthesis is made, due to the need to restore its functions when that part of the jaw or the branch of bones surrounding it has been damaged said metal mandibular prosthesis system is characterized by providing bone consolidation and facilitating the implant hygiene, being able to respond to a partial jaw resection without affecting the condyle or the temporomandibular joint, dental pieces implantation, having mobility in the X, Y and Z axes on a rotating basis simulating the natural bite, providing esthetic volume, giving volume and toning to the facial muscles that surround the jaw. The invention can be adapted to the morphological geometry of any kind of patients being preferably designed for humans, but it is not restricted from being used also in the veterinary area with mammals that require it.La presente invención trata sobre un sistema de prótesis mandibular metálica para pacientes a los que se les haya realizado una hemimandibulectomía subtotal o resección mandibular, dicha hemimandibulectomia consiste en extirpar parte del hueso de la mandíbula desde un tercio de cóndilo a la articulación sana o tercio distal, esto se ubica a la altura del mentón, se hace esta prótesis, por la necesidad de restituir sus funciones cuando se ha dañado esa parte de la mandíbula o ese ramal de los huesos, dicho sistema de prótesis mandibular metálica se caracteriza por proporcionar la consolidación ósea y facilitar la higiene del implante, que sea capaz de responder a una resección parcial de mandíbula sin afectar el cóndilo o la articulación temporomandibular, la implantación de piezas dentales, tener movilidad sobre los ejes: X,Y y Z de forma rota
