The juice machine and method for juicing juices from foodstuffs comprises a removable juicing chamber and one or more filters, the filters being assembled to form a thin layer separated by a juice plate, and the infused foodstuffs being loaded. Once the juice operation is complete, the juice chamber can be removed from the machine to empty the juice filter and the solid contents therein. The empty juice chamber can then be rinsed if desired and attached to the machine for subsequent juicing operations with the newly filled filter (s).
