The present invention provides pharmaceutical compositions and vaccines for treating and/or preventing diseases caused by neovascularization in human choroid (neovascular maculopathy), comprising at least one type each of a peptide comprising an amino acid sequence derived from a VEGFR-1 protein and having an activity of inducing cytotoxic T cells, and a peptide comprising an amino acid sequence derived from a VEGFR-2 protein and having an activity of inducing cytotoxic T cells.
