A pesticidal preparation containing the appropriate fractions of the pesticide and the polymer, the polymer fraction containing a polymer comprising fragments of maleic anhydride / acid and itaconic acid / anhydride. The preparation according to claim 1, wherein said pesticide fraction comprises a pesticide selected from the group consisting of insecticides, herbicides and mixtures thereof. The preparation according to claim 2, wherein said pesticide fraction comprises a herbicide. The preparation according to claim 3, wherein said herbicide contains glyphosate. The drug according to claim 2, where the specified fraction of the pesticide includes an insecticide. The preparation according to claim 5, wherein said pesticide fraction contains a pesticide selected from the group consisting of synthetic pyrethroids and organophosphates. The drug according to claim 1, including a surfactant. The drug according to claim 1, where the specified fraction of the copolymer is present at a level of 0.2-2 wt.%. 9. The drug according to claim 1, where the specified polymer fraction is present at a level of approximately 0.05-10%, based on the total weight of the drug, taken as 100 wt.%. The preparation according to claim 1, wherein said polymer fraction comprises a polymer containing at least about 93 wt.% Fragments of maleic anhydride / acid and itaconic acid / anhydride. The preparation of claim 10, wherein at least about 60% of said polymer fraction is said polymer containing fractions of maleic anhydride / acid and itaconic acid / anhydride, if the total weight of the polymer fraction is taken as 100 wt.%. 12. The preparation according to claim 11, wherein at least about 80% of said polymer fraction is said polymer containing fractions of maleic anhydride / acid1.
