To provide a body surface covering sheet capable of adjusting an appearance of a body surface.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a sheet for covering a body surface in which a pattern for causing an illusion is provided on a surface being opposite to a body surface facing surface. The pattern may cause an illusion which makes swelling by a structure provided on the body surface covered with the sheet, or swelling or recess of the body surface covered with the sheet, inconspicuous.
