PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce artifacts occurring to an image by eliminating influences of errors even when errors, such as deficit or defect, occur to a detector.SOLUTION: In a tomograph, when an error is included in measurement data with respect to one or more detection elements, the artifacts occurring to the image is reduced by modifying a system matrix calculated or referred to in accordance with the error in image reconstruction operation.
