PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of the distal end portion of an endoscopic flexible tube that prevents adhesive and a nozzle from falling off from the distal end portion.SOLUTION: A structure is provided for attaching a nozzle 38 to a distalmost end portion 18 of an endoscopic flexible tube. The structure comprises: a protrusion 46 which is formed on the nozzle 38 and exposed on the outer peripheral surface and the front surface of the distalmost end portion 18 a narrow portion S provided on the outer peripheral surface an annular body 31 which is fitted to the distalmost end portion 18 and covers the outer peripheral surface and an annular member 32 comprising an engaging portion 33 which continuously provided on the edge of the annular body 31 and bulges to the front surface side. The protrusion 46 engages with the narrow portion S, thereby preventing the outer peripheral surface from being displaced in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface.
