The body (11) has a fitting portion (14) formed on a peripheral edge portion of the rear opening portion (17), the fitting portion (14) having a tubular wall shape extending toward an inner portion of the cover member (15) and fitted in the inner portion of the cover member (15). A seal member (18) having an annular shape is interposed between the inner portion of the cover member (15) and the fitting portion (14).
