PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifying apparatus capable of easily automating the retransfusion and securely preventing a dialysis solution from penetrating into the body of a patient.
SOLUTION: The blood purifying apparatus includes blood circuits, a dialyzer 3, a storing means 7 for storing physiological salt solution for substitution for the blood in the blood circuits after the treatment, and a substituted solution feeding line Ld capable of feeding the physiological salt solution inside the storing means 7 into the blood circuits. The blood purifying apparatus also includes a control means 10 for executing a first retransfusion process for retransfusing the blood from a connection part P to the distal end of the vein side blood circuit 2 with the physiological salt solution introduced from the storing means 7 for the patient and filling the blood circuit with the physiological salt solution, and a second retransfusion process for reversely filtering the dialysis solution in the dialyzer 3 after the first retransfusion process, letting the physiological salt solution filling the blood circuit flow with the dialysis solution, and retransfusing the blood from the connection part to the distal end of the artery side blood circuit 1 for the patient.
