The present invention relates to a titania nanotube with far infrared ray (FIR) releasing function, and the using method thereof. The titania nanotubes have increased specific surface area compared to conventional TiO2 films. The FIR-releasing titania nanotubes can facilitate the proliferation and migration of fibroblast cells after irradiation.
