CONSTITUTION: A Morinda citrifolia adventitoiuis root extract with an anti-allergic activity is prepared by culturing leaves, stems, seeds, fruits, or roots of Morinda citrifolia and isolating Morinda citrifolia adventitoiuis root with an organic solvent. The extract is fractioned using hexane, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate, butanol, or water. The organic solvent is methanol, ethanol, hexane, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate, butanol, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, or glycerin.본 발명은 항알러지 활성을 갖는 조직 배양한 노니 부정근 추출물 및 이를 함유한 알러지 예방 및 완화용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 상기 항알러지 활성을 갖는 조직 배양한 노니 부정근 추출물은 노니(Morinda citrifolia)의 잎, 줄기, 씨앗, 열매 또는 뿌리를 영양배지에 넣어 조직배양시켜 얻은 노니(Morinda citrifolia) 부정근을 유기용매의 추출용매로 추출한 항알러지 활성을 갖는 조직 배양한 노니 부정근 추출물 및 이를 함유한 알러지 예방 및 완화용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.상술한 본 발명의 상기 조직배양한 노니 부정근 추출물은 세포독성 저감, RBL-2H3 (Rat basophilic leukemia) 세포를 이용한 베타 헥소사미니데이즈 분비억제(β-Hexosaminidase releasing inhibition effect), 사이토카인(Cytokine) 분비억제 및 항알러지 동물실험을 통해 항알러지 활성이 입증되었고, 피부 세포 내 히스타민 발현을 억제하는 효과가 월등하며, 상기 추출물을 첨가하여 제조한 화장료도 알러지 예방 및 완화 효과가 현저하다.
