PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand rim for improving an operational feeling of a user of a wheelchair.SOLUTION: A hand rim 100 is fixed to an outside of a main wheel 11 of a wheelchair 10. The hand rim includes an endless ring shape hand rim body 101 having an inner peripheral surface 102 and an outer peripheral surface 103. The hand rim body 101 has an oblong circular cross section with a long axis 106 and a short axis 107.
