PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for controlling the output voltage of an ultrasound signal are provided to stably output an ultrasound signal of which the voltage is proximate to a target output voltage through a probe.CONSTITUTION: An ultrasound signal generating unit(100) generates an ultrasound signal to be delivered to a target object. A probe(200) receives the ultrasound signal, which is outputted by the ultrasound signal generating unit. A receiving unit(300) acquires a target output voltage to be outputted by the probe.
