The present invention relates to a system for recovering and recycling nutrient solutions, and more specifically to a system for recovering and recycling nutrient solutions, comprising: a nutrient solution recovery tank communicated with a cultivation tank where nutrient solutions are supplied, recovering and storing the nutrient solutions discharged therefrom a filtering unit communicated with the nutrient solution recovery tank and filtering the nutrient solutions stored therein a disinfection processing unit connected to a rear end of the filtering unit and electrifying the filtered nutrient solutions to conduct sterilization and insecticide of the nutrient solutions and a mixing tank for adjusting the concentration of the nutrient solutions through the sterilization and insecticide from the disinfection processing unit and transferred back to the cultivation tank.
