The present invention discloses a safety syringe for pleura, which comprises an outer sleeve, an elastic member disposed in a receiving space inside the outer sleeve, and a syringe. Both ends of the outer sleeve are respectively configured with a through hole and an opening communicated with the receiving space. The front end of the elastic member abuts against the wall of the receiving space configured with the through hole. The syringe has a front end of the needle abutting against the rear end of the elastic member, and the needle passes through the elastic member and is inserted into the through hole.
