The present invention discloses a safety syringe for pleura, which comprises an outer sleeve, an elastic member disposed in a receiving space inside the outer sleeve, and a syringe. Both ends of the outer sleeve are respectively configured with a through hole and an opening communicated with the receiving space. The front end of the elastic member abuts against the wall of the receiving space configured with the through hole. The syringe has a front end of the needle abutting against the rear end of the elastic member, and the needle passes through the elastic member and is inserted into the through hole. The safety syringe for pleura according to the present invention may push the syringe toward the spring to enable the spring to be forced and compressed for enabling the needle at the front end of the syringe penetrating from the through hole and piercing into the pleural cavity, wherein the compression distance of the spring while being forced and compressed may be used to control the advanced distance of the needle penetrating from the through hole for controlling the penetrated length of the needle out of the through hole to be 2, 2.5 or 3mm, so as to control the injection depth to prevent causing lung injury and resulting in pneumohemoghorax.一種肋膜安全針,其主要包括一外套體及設於該外套體內部容置空間之一彈性元件及一注射器,該外套體兩端分別設有與開容置空間連通之一穿孔及一開口,該彈性元件之前端係抵於該容置空間設有穿孔之壁面,該注射器具有注射針前端係抵於該彈性元件之後端,且注射針係穿過彈性元件並穿入穿孔內;本發明肋膜安全注射針藉由將注射器往彈簧方向推壓,令彈簧受力壓縮,而令該注射器前端之注射針穿出穿孔並刺入肋膜腔內,並透過彈簧受力壓縮之壓縮距離來控制該注射針穿出穿孔之進程距離,令注射針穿出穿孔之長度控制在2、2.5或3毫米(mm),以控制注射深度,避免造成肺部的創傷而導致氣血胸。1‧‧‧外套體11‧‧‧穿孔12‧‧‧開口13‧‧‧容置空間14‧‧‧止回擋塊15‧‧‧貼片2‧‧‧彈簧3‧‧‧注射器31‧‧‧液體通道32‧‧‧注射針33‧‧‧凸塊
