PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: when indwelling a guide wire punctured by a balloon in an esophagus, an operator has to push a whole guide tube, which is inserted from an oral cavity to the esophagus, to a stomach side and rotate the whole guide tube about an inserting shaft, furthermore and the guide tube has great resistance to the push-in movement and rotational movement because it is inserted into the esophagus while being curved.SOLUTION: A guide tube for endoscope comprises: a main body tube having a through hole for inserting an endoscope and a balloon relatively rotatably provided on a tip side to be inserted to an esophagus in the main body tube, and inflated to a direction orthogonal to at least a central shaft of the through hole.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】バルーンに穿刺されたガイドワイヤを食道内に留置する場合、術者は、口腔から食道へかけて挿通しているガイドチューブの全体を、胃側へ押し込んだり、挿通する軸周りに回転したりしなければならない。ガイドチューブは、湾曲しながら食道内に挿通されているので、押込み移動、回転移動に対して抵抗が大きい。【解決手段】内視鏡用ガイドチューブは、内視鏡を挿通する貫通孔を有する本体チューブと、本体チューブの食道へ挿入される先端側に本体チューブに対して相対的に回転可能に設けられ、少なくとも貫通孔の中心軸に直交する方向へ膨張させられるバルーンとを備える。【選択図】図7
