The present invention relates to a cannula for a gynecomastia operation and a method of gynecomastia operation using the same. The cannula of the present invention includes a flat entering part (11) gently going higher from the front, a vertical knife part (12), a curved cutting part (13), an incline part (14) formed in order, and has multiple drawing out holes (15) formed around an absorption pipe (10). The operation method using the cannula of the present invention can reduce the operation time to less than an hour, unlike a conventional gynecomastia operation which takes about two hours, by separately cutting fat and breast tissues. The operation method significantly reduces complications developed after an operation, and minimizes an incision part, thereby minimizing scars remaining after the operation. The operation method of the present invention especially has an excellent effect in a mixed gynecomastia operation which has troubles with separating breast and fat tissues in the conventional method.본 발명은 여유증 수술용 캐뉼러 및 이를 이용한 여유증 수술방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 캐뉼러는, 전방으로부터 완만히 상승하는 평면의 진입부(11), 수직상의 칼날부(12), 곡면의 절삭부(13), 경사부(14)를 차례로 형성하고 흡입관(10)의 둘레에 수개의 흡출공(15)를 형성한 구조이다.본 발명의 캐뉼러를 이용한 수술기법은 기존의 여유증 수술이 지방과 유선 조직을 따로 절개함으로 인해서 수술 시간이 2시간 정도 소요되는 것과 달리 수술시간을 1시간 이내로 줄일 수 있으며, 수술 후 발생하는 합병증을 현저히 감소시키고 절개부위를 최소로 축소할 수 있어서 수술 후 남게 되는 흉터를 최소화할 수 있다. 본 발명은 특히 기존의 방법으로는 유선 조직과 지방조직이 잘 분리 되지 않은 혼합형 여유증 수술에 탁월한 효과를 발휘 한다
