The invention relates to a dental interface with a mode for reversibly fitting a prosthetic structure to a dental implant, which comprises an expander core (2), an activator screw (3) and a connection element, wherein the activator screw (3) includes an external thread (31) for connecting to the expander core (2) by means of screwing to an internal thread (22) through an area having crenellations (23), to a determined depth, the connection element being intended to be coupled to the expander core (2) by connecting a coupling area (14) of the connection element to a complementary area (24) of the expander core (2), such that, once the activator screw (3) is inserted into the expander core (2), the interface can be joined to the implant (6) permanently or reversibly, being removable. The invention also describes a joining method.
