PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument capable of preventing damage to a maxillary anterior tooth by a laryngoscope and keeping a stable mounting state in which a device that is put on does not fall from a tooth, in a tooth protective device for tracheal intubation used by being put on the tooth during the tracheal intubation.SOLUTION: For a device body 1, a cross section is turned to a recessed shape so as to be put on a maxillary dental arch, the whole is formed into a U shape opened at both ends, and the height of a wall part 11 abutted on a dentition surface side is formed to be larger on a front tooth side than on a molar side. Also, the device body 1 includes a projection 2 provided on a part for holding an upper labial frenulum when put on the dentition, a flange-like overhang 3 provided on a part positioned between a front tooth distal end and an upper lip, and a grid-like rib 4 provided on a part to protect the front tooth distal end, and the tooth abutting surface 11B of a tooth surface side wall part 11 is formed by being inclined to the inner side at an angle equal to or larger than 75° and equal to or smaller than 85° to the surface of a bottom part 13. Further, a curve suited to the maxillary dental arch is formed to be variable.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】気管挿管のさい、歯牙に覆着して用いる気管挿管用歯牙保護デバイスにおいて、喉頭鏡による上顎前歯の損傷を防止すると共に、覆着したデバイスが歯牙から脱落することのない安定した装着状態を保つことができる器具を提供すること。【解決手段】デバイス本体1は、上顎歯列弓に覆着可能に断面を凹型とし、全体を両端が開いたU字形状として形成し、歯列表面側に当接する壁部11の高さを、前歯側が奥歯側より大きくなるように形成した。また、デバイス本体1には、歯列に覆着したさい上唇小帯を挟む部位に備える突起2、前歯先端と上唇の間に位置する部位に備える鍔状張出部3、及び、前歯先端を保護する部位に備える格子状リブ4を設けて構成し、歯牙表側壁部11の歯牙当接面11Bを、底部13の面に対し75°以上、85°以下の角度で内側に傾斜させて形成した。更に、前記上顎歯列弓に適合する湾曲が可変可能となるよう形成した。【選択図】 図1
