На уровнях введения винтов с двух сторон через ножки позвонков формируют каналы для доступа в тела позвонков. Через сформированные каналы транспедикулярно в тела позвонков устанавливают костную воронку, через которую импактором вводят мелкие костные чипсы в тело позвонка и уплотняют их, после чего заполняют костными чипсами ножки позвонков. Повторно формируют каналы для ввода винтов, в подготовленных каналах нарезают резьбу, транспедикулярно проводят винты, и фиксируют головки винтов к стержням. Способ позволяет исключить компрессию спинного мозга, сохранить кровоснабжение позвонков.
