PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device which facilitates magnifying observation of a desired region.SOLUTION: A support device 1 supports an endoscope 100 comprising: an insertion part 110 which is formed in a rod shape extending in an axis CL direction, has one end which can be inserted into a body, and transmits information on an image inside the body from one end to the other end a connection part 130 which is provided at the other end of the insertion part 110 and used for connection with another device and a light guide part 120 for introducing light emitted from one end of the insertion part 110 from an external light source to the insertion part 110.
