PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately carry out estrus diagnosis of domestic animals in accordance with a variety of different conditions including breeding facilities, environments, time, etc.SOLUTION: The estrus diagnostic system 100 comprises a measurement acquisition section 110 acquiring measurements of a behavior sensor 10 of the domestic animals a parameter generation section 111 generating parameters by applying measurement data to a function a population generation section 112 generating a prescribed number of populations by varying each of coefficients in a group of coefficients showing the weighting of each of the parameters a genetic manipulation section 113 repeating the process of generating next generation populations by carrying out the process of crossing or mutating for prescribed generations a parameter decision section 114 generating a group of weighted parameters in each period for every generation and deciding about the possibility that each parameter of each period in each generation will reach a threshold value a generation specification section 115 specifying periods where the percentage of parameters reaching the threshold values is a predetermined percentage or higher as candidate periods and making generations in which the actual estrus of the domestic animals agree with the candidate period as optimal generations and a time diagnosis section 116 specifying the estrus on the basis of the populations of the optimal generations henceforward.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】飼養施設や環境、時期など様々に異なる条件に対応して、家畜の発情期診断を高精度に実行する。【解決手段】家畜の行動量センサ10の測定値を得る測定値取得部110と、測定値データを関数に適用しパラメータを生成するパラメータ生成部111と、各パラメータの重み付けを示す係数群における各係数を変化させ所定数の個体群を生成する個体群生成部112と、交叉または突然変異の処理を行って次世代の個体群を生成する処理を所定世代繰り返す遺伝的操作部113と、各期間における重み付け済みパラメータの群を世代毎に生成し各世代における各期間の各パラメータの閾値到達可否を判定するパラメータ判定部114と、閾値に到達したパラメータの割合が所定割合以上の期間を候補期間として特定し家畜の実際の発情期と候補期間が一致する世代を最適世代とする世代特定部115と、以降、最適世代の個体群に基づいて発情期を特定する時期診断部116とから発情期診断システム100を構成する。【選択図】図1
