The present invention relates to a nest homing device for worker bees and, more specifically, to a nest homing device for worker bees which controls primer pheromone, which is ejected by the queen bee and controls the behavior of bees, to not be influenced by temperature change or wind relying on the season and helps the worker bees return to the nest accurately, thereby preventing death of the worker bees by the attack of other bees and improving productivity as well as propagation ability. The present invention comprises: a fixing unit which has a nest frame (Sochoguang) inside and a fixing groove on the inner center contacting both sides of the nest having small doors where the bees go in and out； and a blocking unit which has a blocking plate from which a fixing piece protrudes in the rear side to be fixed and inserted into the fixing groove of the fixing unit.본 발명은 일벌의 벌통 귀소장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 여왕벌이 방출하여 벌들의 행동 등을 통제하는 프라이머 페로몬을 계절에 따른 온도변화나 바람 등의 영향을 받지 않게 하여 일벌들이 정확하게 벌통으로 귀소를 할 수 있도록 함으로써 다른 벌들의 공격으로 일벌들의 사멸을 방지하여 번식능력은 물론 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 일벌의 벌통 귀소장치에 관한 것이다. 상기의 본 발명은 소초광을 내장하고 벌들이 출하는 소문이 형성된 벌통의 양측에 접하는 내측 중앙에 고정홈을 형성한 고정부와, 상기 고정부의 고정홈에 삽입 고정되도록 후방에 고정편을 돌출형성한 차단판을 형성한 차단부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
