PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting device using a geothermal ventilation system capable of concurrently using heat of air in a building and earth thermal for melting snow.SOLUTION: A snow melting device includes: a ventilation device 15 which suctions air and blows the air; a supply air channel (a supply air duct 21 and air guide pipes 102a and 102b) which communicates with the ventilation device 15 and supplies outer air of the exterior of a building 1 to the interior of the builing 1; an exhaust air channel (an exhaust air duct 27 and a snow melting pipe 28) which communicates with the ventilation device 15 and exhausts the air in the building 1 to the exterior of the building 1; and a heat exchanger (an air duct 102) which is buried in ground and is provided at a mid part of one of the supply air channel and the exhaust air channel. An exhaust port 28a of the exhaust air channel is provided so as to exhaust the air toward a snow accumulation part at the exterior of the building 1.
