PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide foods and beverages having excellent flavor, with the bitterness, astringency, and odor derived from piceatannol being reduced.SOLUTION: The foods and beverages include a plant-derived extract which contains piceatannol, and vinegar, containing 4 to 1000 parts by mass of acetic acid relative to 1 part by mass of piceatannol.
