The present invention provides a solid cosmetic composition based on a total wight of the cosmetic composition, comprising the followings: (i) 5.1-35.0 wt% of powder (ii) 1.0-20.0 wt% of a silicone elastomer (iii) 1.0-10.0 wt% of wax (iv) 1.0-5.0 wt% of a silicone gelling agent and (v) the remaining amount of volatile silicone. The solid cosmetic composition of the present invention shows excellent affinity with a fluid containing large amount of silicone elastomers and volatile components such as volatile silicone and the like, and disperses silicone resin power having excellent a sebum absorption capacity such that the volatile components impregnated in the silicone resin power and the like are evaporated to be released when applied to the skin.
