PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infant warmer requiring little electric power.SOLUTION: An infant warmer 10 includes: an LED driver 52 and an LED element 54 movably connected to the LED driver. The LED element includes a specific range of spectrum emission wavelength (1,400-1,500 nm in one embodiment) selected to increase the temperature of an infant by optimizing absorption by water molecules 33 inside the infant 31.
