PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine whether or not to contraindicate a process such as biopsy which causes bleeding and make a medical person know the determination.SOLUTION: A patient hemostasis information storage unit 332 stores information concerning whether or not a patient had a hemostasis abnormality after the treatment and what medicines the patient took at the examination, for each of the patients who have undergone an endoscopic examination which includes an operative method using a treatment instrument. A medicine information acquisition unit 322 acquires information concerning the medicines now being taken by a patient who is to undergo an endoscopic examination which includes an operative method using a treatment instrument. A contraindication determination unit 323 determines whether or not to contraindicate the operative method using a treatment instrument, on the basis of the information concerning the medicines now being taken by the patient, whether or not the patient had a hemostasis abnormality in the past, and the information concerning the medicines taken by the patient at the time of the past examination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】生検などの出血を伴う処置を禁忌すべきか否かを的確に判定して医療従事者に認識させる。【解決手段】患者止血情報記憶部332は、処置具を用いた術式を伴う内視鏡検査を実施した患者ごとに、処置後の止血異常の有無と、当該検査時に患者が服用していた薬剤の情報を記憶している。薬剤情報取得部322は、処置具を用いた術式を伴う内視鏡検査を実施すべき患者が現在服用している薬剤の情報を取得する。禁忌判定部323は、取得された患者が現在服用している薬剤の情報、当該患者の過去の止血異常の有無、及び当該過去の検査時に患者が服用していた薬剤の情報をもとに、処置具を用いた術式を禁忌すべきか否か判定する。【選択図】図3
