The present invention relates to an apparatus for alleviating pain which combines sclerite and thermal stimulation and comprises: a sclerite stimulation pad which includes sclerite stimulatiion electrodes and gives sclerite stimulation on pain area； a thermal stimulation pad unit which includes heating elements and gives thermal stimulation on pain area； and a main body unit which controls the thermal stimulation unit. Each four channels are formed on both sides of the main body unit to form 8-channel ports, and sclerite stimulation modes and thermal stimulation modes are selectively output at each channel. Main cables which are connected to each channel port, and in which output lines for sclerite stimulation and output lines for thermal stimulation are embedded are formed, and cables for each use which are connected to the main cable, and in which the opposite sides are connected to either the sclerite stimulation pad unit or thermal stimulation unit by corresponding to one of outputs between the sclerite stimulation mode or thermal stimulation mode are formed so that the sclerite stimulation or thermal stimulation can be selected and output from one channel. Therefore, the sclerite stimulation or thermal stimulation can be selectively output from one output port out of eight channels so that uses of the product can be maximized, and treatment effects and pain alleviation effects can be increased if the sclerite stimulation or thermal stimulation are parallely performed.
