To provide a long-yam harvester in which a narrow groove excavation soil discharging body is not damaged even if there are a stone and rock, and friction reaction force to the side face of a support bar is decreased.SOLUTION: A harvester is provided for plowing a digging-out blade body 9 connected to a rear 1 of a tractor to a lower end of a grown long yam 31, and embracing it in the shape of a block along with cultivation soil around the long yam 31, and thereby digging out the long yam 31 while moving up toward the rear. A narrow groove excavation soil discharging body 7 is provided in the leading edge of a support bar 8 of both sides for supporting the digging-out blade body 9. The narrow groove excavation soil discharging body 7 is configured such that a curved surface in the circular arc continued from a cutting edge rises up and the upper edge is extended in the leading edge upper part of the support bar 8 to discharge the excavated soil on the ground. The tip of the narrow groove excavation soil discharging body 7 is arranged while being substantially coincident with the cutting edge of the digging-out blade body 9, and fixation means for embracing it from both sides to the support bar 8 and detaching it is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
