The invention provides a toothbrush that has superfine fibers which enable pressure to be applied evenly to teeth and gums, and that makes it possible to kill periodontal disease bacteria more reliably using platinum nanoparticles. This toothbrush has a toothbrush body which comprises a head portion and a handle portion connected thereto, and which includes a top surface and a bottom surface. The head portion has a fiber group unit on a top surface thereof, the fiber group unit constituted of a group of a plurality of evenly planted fibers having a diameter of less than 0.1 mm.
