PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Buna Shimeji mushroom (Hypsizygus marmoreus) strain resistant to spawn sclerosis, a method for producing Buna Shimeji mushroom fruit body by using the strain, and a method for selecting Buna Shimeji mushroom strain resistant to spawn sclerosis.SOLUTION: There are provided the Buna Shimeji mushroom strain free from browning trouble of spawn part on a solid cultivation medium surface in cultivation of Buna Shimeji mushroom using a solid cultivation medium comprising softwood sawdust and rice bran as main constituent components and containing about 6.4 wt.% of magnesium metasilicate aluminate in dry weight basis the method for producing Buna Shimeji mushroom fruit body by using the strain and the method for selecting Buna Shimeji mushroom strain resistant to spawn sclerosis by using the solid cultivation medium comprising softwood sawdust and rice bran as main constituent components and containing a large amount of a magnesium compound. The Buna Shimeji mushroom strain resistant to spawn sclerosis can be selected beforehand to prevent lowering of yield of Buna Shimeji mushroom fruit body in a large-scale commercial production and enable efficient production of the Buna Shimeji mushroom fruit body having high quality.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】種菌硬化症が起こりにくいブナシメジ菌株及び該菌株を用いたブナシメジ子実体の製造方法、種菌硬化症が起こりにくいブナシメジ菌株の選別方法を提供すること。【解決手段】針葉樹鋸屑及びコメヌカを主要構成成分とし、乾燥重量比で約6.4重量%のメタケイ酸アルミン酸マグネシウムを含有する固形栽培用培地を用いた栽培において、固形栽培用培地表面の種菌部分の褐変を起こさないブナシメジ菌株、当該菌株を用いたブナシメジ子実体の製造方法。更に、針葉樹鋸屑及びコメヌカを主要構成成分とし、多量のマグネシウム化合物を含有する固形栽培用培地を用いた種菌硬化症が起こりにくいブナシメジ菌株の選別方法。本発明の選別方法により、事前に種菌硬化症が起こりにくいブナシメジ菌株を選別することが可能となり、大規模な商業的製造のブナシメジ子実体の歩留まりを防ぎ、効率よく良質のブナシメジ子実体の製造が可能となる。【選択図】なし
