PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid circulation or injection device into the living body, effective in cooling the spinal cord, brain or esophagus locally and continuously.SOLUTION: The liquid circulation or injection device includes: a synchronous alternating function two-tube parallel type syringe type pump which consists of two syringe type pumps, and can repeat a reciprocating motion in an opposite direction by turns at the same period, and in which pressure monitoring is possible and a pressure resistance circuit in which two Y-shape branch tubes which have one-way valves of a reverse direction made into a pair with each branched part and two Y-shape branch tubes which do not have a valve are combined.
