PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably provide a medical tube thin-walled, flexible and excelling in kink resistance and tensile strength, by an easy manufacturing method.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the medical tube having a coil layer 103 inside an outer layer tube 102 made of resin includes: a first step of preparing a coil； a second step of applying drawing and/or twisting to the coil to insert it in a reduced diameter state into the outer layer tube； and a third step of releasing the drawing and/or twisting of the coil inside the outer layer tube to release the reduced diameter, so that the outer layer tube is brought into slidable contact with and fixed onto the coil.
