PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the production of analogues in olanzapine formulations.SOLUTION: An oral pharmaceutical composition contains olanzapine and a basic additive. Preferably, a basic additive is at least one selected from the group consisting of magnesium hydroxide, magnesium oxide, aminoalkyl methacrylate copolymer E, meglumine, and arginine. Preferably, the compounding ratio of the basic additive is within the range of 1-5% by weight.
