The propeller body (20,21,2) is formed of one metal plate or an integral resin mold a front end stopper (22,23) and a rear end stopper (23,24) are formed of bent or projected parts of the propeller body (20,21,2) at the front end and rear end of the propeller body (20,21,2), and a rotary shaft (30,31), inserted through holes (51,52) formed in the front end stopper (22,23) and the rear end stopper (23,24), has a rotation restricting portion (32,33) for contacting the propeller body (20,21,2). Free rotation of the propeller body (20,21,2) in casting can be restricted by a simple structure wherein the rotation restricting portion (32,33) contacts the propeller body (20,21,2) and the rotary shaft (30,31) engages with the propeller body (20,21,2) such that the propeller body (20,21,2) is unrotatable with respect to the rotary shaft (30,31).
