The companion animal healthcare system using IoT comprises: a speaker outputting music for releasing stress of a companion animal； a companion animal neckless including a microphone picking up a sound of a companion animal, and a movement sensor for sensing activity information of the companion animal； a server which analyzes a degree of stress of the companion animal based on the sound and activity information of the companion animal at home, notifies and outputs a music according to an analysis result, feeds the companion animals according to weight information of the companion animal, and outputs an announcement message according to body temperature information of the companion animal； and a hub installed at home to exchange information between the speaker, the companion animal neckless, and a server.반려동물의 스트레스 해소 및 건강 관리 등을 수행할 수 있는 사물인터넷을 이용한 반려동물 헬스케어 시스템을 제시한다. 제시된 본 발명은 반려동물의 스트레스 해소에 도움을 주는 음악을 출력하는 스피커, 반려동물의 발성음을 채집하는 마이크 및 반려동물의 활동 정보를 센싱하는 움직임 센서를 포함하는 반려동물 목걸이, 반려동물의 댁내에서의 발성음 및 활동 정보를 근거로 해당 반려동물의 스트레스 정도를 분석하고 분석 결과에 따라 통지 및 음악 출력을 제어하고 반려동물의 체중 정보에 따라 급식 조절을 제어하고 반려동물의 체온 정보에 따라 안내메시지 출력을 제어하는 서버, 및 댁내에 설치되어 스피커와 반려동물 목걸이 및 서버 간의 정보교류를 행하는 허브를 포함한다.
