FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medical equipment and can be used in dentistry and traumatology, in particular when creating dental implants. Disclosed is a method of producing a dental implant with a bioactive nanocoating based on a calcium-phosphate-carbon composite, involving the following steps: a) manufacturing of CNC implant on CNC lathe from nanotitanium; b) laser structuring of implant surface; c) treatment of the surface of the implant obtained at stage b, including treatment of the implant with accelerated ions up to 1 keV at pressure (2–6) × 10–2 Pa with negative-bias voltage supply with increase from 800 to 1500 V for 1 h ; d) layer-by-layer sputtering on base of implant obtained at stage b of multilayer coating representing composite with thickness of up to 2 mcm, made in two stages: Stage 1 comprises application of composite layer consisting of titanium with carbon and calcium hydroxyapatite, simultaneous arc spraying of titanium cathode and pulse-arc spraying of hydroxyapatite of calcium and graphite cathode with increase of carbon concentration from 10 to 55 wt. %; Stage 2 includes sputtering on top of first composite layer with hardness of 100–120 GPa of carbon nanocoating with thickness of up to 1.0 mcm by pulse-arc spraying of graphite cathode in condensation conditions of diamond-like film at temperature not higher than 150 °C and energy of carbon ions of not more than 100 eV.
