PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave radiation container which enables a container generally distributed to be used, and to provide a generation method of a cleaning fluid which uses the electromagnetic wave radiation container.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave radiation container 1 includes: a container body 13 including a side wall standing from an outer edge of a bottom wall, the container body 13 opening to the upper side； a belt-like electromagnetic wave radiation body 11 which has flexibility to be attached to the container body 13 and radiates a terahertz wave 12.
