<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seafloor construction matter that does not take up much space for transportation and facilitates an underwater operation. <;P>;SOLUTION: The seafloor construction matter (A) for improving the seafloor environment comprises netlike belt-like bases (1), made of a biodegradable fiber having a mesh to pass sludge and a plurality of water flow resistance bodies (2) that are placed on the belt-like bases (1), arranged in the lengthwise directions of the belt-like bases in one line at certain intervals so as not to be mutually piled, made entirely of a biodegrading fiber woven fabric and are trapezoidal in a development form. The water flow resistance bodies (2) each have constitution such that among a front long side and a rear short side which are opposed, the rear short side has approximately the same length as the width of the belt-like base (1), the water resistance bodies are deformed so that both the right and the left oblique sides are made parallel, and a rear edge part (3) and a right and a left edge parts (5) and (4) are sewed to the belt-like base (1). Consequently, a forward open part (7), which is wholly in the same direction is formed between the front edge part (6) of the water flow resistance body (2) and the belonging base (1). <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
