PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid rod rarely causing strength degradation from a reverse tapered surface to a forward tapered surface in a rod root side rod body while presenting a smooth reverse tapered inner peripheral surface of a rod tip side end in the rod root side rod body.SOLUTION: A solid rod is obtained by forming the inner peripheral surface of the rod tip side end of a rod root side rod body 2 in a reverse tapered shape of reducing a diameter toward the root side, forming a forward tapered inner peripheral surface 2b increasing a diameter toward the root side on the root side of the reverse tapered inner peripheral surface 2a, and winding a prepreg sheet made of glass reinforced fiber as the innermost layer in a certain range from a reverse tapered inner peripheral surface side to a forward tapered inner peripheral surface side so as to form the inner peripheral surface of the innermost layer in a smooth surface.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 竿元側竿体における竿先側端部の逆テーパ内周面が円滑な面を呈しながら、かつ、竿元側竿体の逆テーパ面から正テーパ面での強度低下を来すことが少ない並継竿を提供する。【解決手段】 竿元側竿体2の竿先側端部の内周面を、元側程縮径する逆テーパ状に形成するとともに前記逆テーパ状の内周面2aの元側には元側程拡径する正テーパ状内周面2bを形成し、逆テーパ状内周面側と正テーパ状内周面側に亘る一定範囲において、ガラス強化繊維製のプリプレグシートを最内層として巻回し、最内層の内周面が円滑面に形成してある。【選択図】 図3
