PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and novel anoscope which has a simple structure and which does not sandwich a mucosa in an anal.SOLUTION: An anoscope 1 is configured so that a pair of long piece parts 2 whose cross section has an arcuate shape are arranged so as to face each other on a recess surface part 3 respectively, the long piece parts are connected on one long edge parts 4a mutually via a hinge part 5, and the other long edge parts 4b of the long piece parts 2 facing each other by the hinge 5 can get close to or separated from each other. The respective long piece part 2 is formed into a tapered shape toward a tip part of the long direction. When the long edge parts 4b get close to each other, the tip parts thereof become in an almost closed state by the facing long piece parts 2, and on the other end part in the long direction, handle parts 6 by which the long piece parts can get close or separate freely, are provided. The hinge part 5 comprises a long resin hinge 5 which has a groove part whose cross section has an H-state shape, and which extends over whole length of the facing long edge parts 4a of the connected long piece parts 2, and the long edge parts 4a are jointed on the groove part whose cross section has the H-state shape of the hinge 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】簡便な構造でありながら、肛門内の粘膜を挟み込むことのない安全性の高い新規の肛門鏡を提供する。【解決手段】断面が弧状の一対の長尺片部2が各々凹面部3において対向配置され、一方の長縁部4aにおいて相互に蝶番部5を介して連結され、蝶番部5によって対向する長尺片部2の他方の長縁部4bが接近または離間が可能とされているとともに、各々の長尺片部2は、長尺方向の先端部に向かって先細りとされ、長縁部4bが接近する時には、対向する長尺片部2によって先端部が略閉止状態となり、長尺方向の他方の端部には、接近または離間を自在に操作可能とするハンドル部6が設けられている肛門鏡1であって、蝶番部5では、断面H字状の溝部を有し、相互に連結される長尺片部2の対向する長縁部4aの全長にわたる長尺の樹脂製蝶番5が配設され、蝶番5の断面H字状の溝部において長縁部4aが接合されている。【選択図】図2
