The present invention relates to a phytoncide spray system for pathogen elimination and air purification, and more specifically, to a system configured to automatically mix, in predetermined amounts, and to automatically spray, in indoor environments, an aromatic agent containing as main ingredients: a Chamaecyparis obtusa purified oil prepared through purification of a Chamaecyparis obtusa oil obtained from a Chamaecyparis obtusa extract； and a Chamaecyparis obtusa oil diluted in a hydrogen water obtained through hydrolysis of water.
