PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing bean-derived products which enables continuous installation of a plurality of apparatuses by installing a solid-liquid separator to freely switch a working position and a retreat position, simultaneously performs continuous production of the bean-derived products and maintenance such as apparatus washing, conveys solid component in a sterile condition, and is planned to simplify and lower cost of the structure of the whole apparatus.SOLUTION: This apparatus 1 for producing the bean-derived products includes a solid-liquid separator 4 which compresses a bean-derived raw material mixed with solid component and liquid component by compressing means 8, and separates into the solid component and the liquid component to separately take out.
