A dispensing device for a controlled and non-streaming delivery of a fluid includes a nozzle adapted to be attached to a neck of a bottle, the nozzle including a main body having an internal chamber, a dispensing tip at one end of the main body and having an egress orifice, with the internal chamber fluidly connecting the egress orifice with the fluid in the bottle, and a baffle permanently fixed in the internal chamber and which divides the internal chamber into an inner chamber and an outer chamber, the baffle including one or more discrete openings which are not fluidly connected with each other and which fluidly connect the inner chamber with the outer chamber.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de distribution ophtalmique pour une distribution contrôlée et non continue dun fluide qui comprend une buse adaptée pour être fixée à un col dun flacon, la buse comprenant un corps principal ayant une chambre interne, un embout de distribution à une extrémité du corps principal et ayant un orifice de sortie, la chambre interne raccordant en communication fluidique lorifice de sortie avec le fluide dans le flacon, et un séparateur fixé de façon permanente dans la chambre interne et qui divise la chambre interne en une chambre interne et une chambre externe, le séparateur comprenant une ou plusieurs ouvertures discrètes qui ne sont pas en raccordement fluidique les unes avec les autres et qui raccordent en communication fluidique la chambre interne et la chambre externe.
