PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective technology for recurrence prevention of HCV infection after liver transplantation.SOLUTION: For recurrence prevention of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, disclosed is a composition containing an anti-CD81 antibody bound to a liver-derived NK cell, or a composition containing the NK cell activated by using IL-2 or the like as an NK cell activator, or a combination of the compositions. Also, disclosed is a composition obtained by pretreating the disclosed HCV therapeutic agent and prophylactic agent with a CD3 antibody.【課題】肝移植後のＨＣＶ感染の再発防止に関する有効な技術を提供する。【解決手段】Ｃ型肝炎（ＨＣＶ）感染の再発防止のために、肝臓由来のＮＫ細胞に抗ＣＤ８１抗体を含有する組成物、又は、ＮＫ細胞活性化剤であるＩＬ－２等を用いて活性化処理したＮＫ細胞含有する組成物、または、それらの組み合わせである。さらに、本発明の治療剤又は予防剤を抗ＣＤ３抗体で前処理することにより得られた組成物である。【選択図】 なし
