The present invention discloses an endoscopic assembly (200) having an endoscopic column (202) including at least one cavity. The assembly (200) includes an image sensing device (206) traversing through the cavity. The device (206) includes at least one image sensor (212) controlled over a spherical element (222) hinged with a conical element (220) of a shaft (210), causing the device (206) to move about 360 degrees as steered by a wire (216) extending along the shaft (210).
